WHAT IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION?
The Law of Attraction has been suggested in literature, philosophy and religion throughout the ages. It is a law like gravity, in that it affects all things. Everything in your life, the good things and the so-called bad, has been attracted by this powerful law. Understand how and why your life unfolds as it does and learn to create the life you want!
READ MORE>A conversation with THEO
Theo, speaking through Sheila Gillette, is the guide who lovingly inspired Esther Hicks to connect with Abraham, as written in the bestselling book Ask and it is Given. Michael James has an in-depth conversation with Theo exclusively for Emerging Journeys as they release their intriguing book, The Soul Truth… and discovers some incredibly helpful tools for life.
THEO: It is the beginning, is it not? One seeks questioning here, yes?
MICHAEL: Could you offer a brief introduction to Theo and your teachings, please?
THEO: Theo is to be known as one; a spokesman for a collective group of twelve archangelic beings here to assist in the evolution of consciousness for humanity, bringing about an awareness of the fifth dimensionary energy that is fully in place now. And never before have humans been ready to accept their master hood and we as teachers and mentors are here to assist them along the way. Through the process of Soul Integration and the awareness of the masters that they are, it is time to bring about this global peace. A new global economic structure is being placed now, as we’ve spoken of for many decades. There is a global political structure being formed as well, that is for the betterment of the whole global community; a common-unity of humankind. We are here to assist.
MICHAEL: Are any of the twelve Archangels in your collective the ‘famous’ ones many of us know of through paintings, sculptures and texts such as the Bible - for example the Archangels Michael, Raphael or Gabriel?
THEO: Yes. But we do not identify singularly, for it is the message not the messenger that is important.
MICHAEL: What is the purpose of life?
THEO: The asking and the completion of an incarnation to come into a physical body on the Earth is that of learning emotions. And it is in that, a recognition of compassion, and through that compassion an awareness, a connectivity of God. So it is a blessing, not a curse as many might think. And the purpose herein is to own your master hood, to realise and actualise the divinity that you are.
MICHAEL: Can you speak to the times we are living in; what is significant about these times?
THEO: Very significant, as we’ve being speaking about. It is the shift to the fifth dimensionary energy that is a high frequency in all human experience; to become aware of the spiritual being having the human experience, but more importantly to have that connection to the God source or Creation that is the birthright of all and that is the energy to be realised.
MICHAEL: What is Theo’s relationship with Abraham- another non-physical teacher who I feel offers excellent information often similar to Theo? Are you a similar energy? And are there any other books or teachers you recommend which resonate with your message?
THEO: We’ve been aware of Abraham, as one has known, for eternity. They are angelic collectives that teach much as we do through the entity or the personality of Esther Hicks- and they have been our students. And they are to be leaders in the initiation of awareness of this spiritual evolution.
There are other teachers that step forward- as there have always been mentors, teachers, prophets if you would, throughout history who God has spoken to or through. And presently at this period of time there are a grand number of teachers because of this evolutionary push, you might say.
We speak highly of the personality of Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie- that are known through their publications and their experiences to be authentic teachers. We are not limited to only these, there are those that are lesser known and not known at all, except for a few that are stepping forward now. One can ascertain what is truth by their internal monitor, for truth will always will out; will always surface; will always be there, even if it is not liked. It will be accepted because it resonates as true knowing on a vibrational level within all souls. You may ask?
MICHAEL: There are so many books and processes to ‘live’ the Law of Attraction and to explain spirituality in general… it can all get very complicated for people. If you were a human being what would your daily spiritual practice look like?
THEO: As we have told many, we learn the human experience through you, for we have not embodied. We can appear in form- however we are an energetic frequency; heightened frequency- and if we were embodied we would do the things that we speak to you about, in the sense of meditation- that is the key. Meditation regularly, habitually would be important to allow the mind to quiet and to allow one to be centred in the heart, that is the soul centre, and think from that heart brain rather than the intellectual brain. And when ones meditate they become much more aware of their multidimensionality experientially. You may ask?
MICHAEL: In your wonderful book, The Soul Truth, you talk of a process called Soul Integration. Could you talk a little more about that please?
THEO: Soul Integration is not unlike the psychological model of the little Inner Child work that many psychologists or psychiatrists use to serve beings to come into an awareness of certain situations and circumstances of fragmentation. It is not unlike that, only expanded into the multidimensionality of the soul. For it is to understand as there are these fragmented aspects of soul that influence the patterning in everyone’s life. Everyone has them- many think "I do not", but they do, because part of the learning, when a soul enters an incarnation, they bring with it those little orphans that wish to come home and those patterns are the opportunities- many speak of karma- but we speak of opportunities of growth. But through this inner dialogue- when one is uncomfortable, emotional, reactive- those are the times that these little orphans are active, for they are fearful they will be abandoned, they are fearful they will not be accepted or heard. It is not the adult self of the human that is the one that is in charge when this emotional experience comes to the forefront. And it important to have the Soul Integration to be the receptor of all those hopes, desires, abundance that ones seek. Ones may put great intent for that coming to fruition but there is the necessity of receptivity and to fully integrate the self into one’s wholeness, bring those little orphans home, let them know they’re loved and will not be abandoned again. That opens the being to self-love and through that self-love an awareness that one is worthy of all the abundance that is sought.
MICHAEL: Theo, I love your guided meditations- they seem to have a blissful vibration around them and a depth I haven’t felt in any others. What makes them so special?
THEO: It is the frequency of the Theo’s energy; angelic energy through the communication in the words. We not only work with the words, but with the energetics of those whom are partaking of the experience.
MICHAEL: Once learning about the Law of Attraction and the power of thought- some people can get obsessed with their thinking. How can you suggest we go beyond this negative thought addiction? In other words- what would you do if you can’t stop thinking a negative thought?
THEO: Rewrite the script. And there is a collusion in the intellectual mind- a circular form that this thought keeps running on the track. What happens to stop that train would be to agree with it- and then it has nowhere to go. Because what keeps it going is the desire to fight against it; to resist it, do you see? Resistance only allows it to persist. So when one has a negative thought, then one can break that cycle by asking "Is that true?" or saying "Yes, I agree with you" and then it stops. Do you see?
MICHAEL: I do, so lack of resistance then to the thought?
THEO: Lack of resistance- but it’s also when one’s aware that this occurs, rewrite that script. The negative thought comes around, the question "Is that true?" or "Is it really true?" can shift one’s thinking to more alternatives or solutions or options. And if you are in that track, often times it’s messages being given about what is history, the past. The past is what it is. It does not mean that is who you are, it has been experienced. What it is, is opportunities of growth, it cannot be changed and so what can one do differently in the same circumstance? And therein comes Soul Integration because as you integrate and love the self and accept the self- all of the self- then one reacts differently to the same stimulus or circumstance or opportunity in a different time. You may ask?
MICHAEL: The idea of accepting the moment completely and co-creating a future reality seem in almost opposition, according to some teachers (looking to the future implies dissatisfaction with the now). Can you speak to this please?
THEO: You make your intentions known, you put that intention out into the Universal energy and then you live the present and you live into its fruition. So its not that you do not make plans and desires, but then you draw yourself back to the momentary experience of life and live the life truly and know in its perfect time those experiences will come when you are ready. And so, many think "I want it, I want it now and it should be in an hour or a week or a day or a year" but if one intends "this or something better in its place, in its perfect time for my soul’s path"- and let it go. And then be daily appreciative of the abundance that is in life, be daily aware of the manifestation great and small for daily there are the miracles to be lived and seen. It is one is too far into the past with recrimination or too far in the future with their fear that they get out of the present, so if they do this it is best to draw yourself back to your breath: breathe. And be aware, if you are eating, are you tasting your food? If you’re speaking with someone, are you fully present with them, listening as well as speaking? If you’re in nature and you’re by yourself, see the luminescence of the nature, feel the earth, breathe the air, smell the fragrances- all these things will bring you to present. You may ask?
MICHAEL: Do you believe that there are any limitations in what we can create?
THEO: No. There are no limitations. What there is, however, is a lack of awareness. Humans are only limited by their intellect and their lack of awareness.
The intellectual mind likes to keep people in the same place they believe they should be. It is a historian as well. It’s true function, other than subconsciously running the body in its functionality of the system- but its true intellectual function is to solve problems, puzzles, games. So what happens is that beings empower the intellect, take more account to the intellect being bright or not so bright, whatever- rather than paying attention to the heart or the soul that is the true director. The intellect is the actor in the play; a responder, if you would. You may ask?
MICHAEL: We have physical bodies and live in a physical world and yet I have noticed many of the spiritual techniques and processes out there (for example yours and Abraham’s) are techniques for thoughts and feelings- in other words they do not involve the physical body. What specific processes- if any- do you recommend for the physical body? (such as exercise, yoga or nutrition) Also- what do you think of the physical process of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and other ‘energy’ healing modalities (you recommend Jin Shin Jyutsu in your book, The Soul Truth) - and crystals- or is thought alignment all you need? So, as before, if you were a human being what healing/maintenance tools would you choose?
THEO: We would choose anything that would allow the balance of the physical body in its most optimum health, meaning: exercise is necessary to keep the blood flowing and oxygenation of the blood that allows the cells to be fed perfectly. It is right intent with thought, seeing the body whole, healthy, functioning perfectly. The meditation of course is a rest for the body; it allows one to be at perfect rest as it evolves and to experience in an out of body experience to know that you are more than the physical. But there is also an awareness that the physical body is but a vehicle for this incarnation and with anything of great value, and your body being most valuable for life in its optimum health, ones would pay attention to that. It is their thoughts that run them askew with their physical: not paying attention to it, not paying attention to what it needs. If there is an imbalance or a chemistry imbalance or a genetic imbalance in the body, that only means that ones must pay attention and take care of that faction such as if one is a diabetic one then would pay attention to their nutrition and exercise to maintain optimum health. If one has a mental or a chemical imbalance in the brain, then one must be attentive to that and use what are remedies, if you would, and be consistent with the honouring of the physical. It means one is not greater than another- it is only attention- as you would if you had a prized vehicle that you were driving about and you polished it daily and you made sure it had the right oils and gasolines and parts. Your body is no different than that, it is an exquisite gift to have an exquisite experience. To treat it as such is important.
There are energy balancing techniques that allows the electromagnetic field; the energetic fields of the body to be in balance as well, that is why we have spoken of Jin Shin Jyutsu, there is acupressure, acupuncture- there are many modalities and each physical body, each person has one that the body aligns with better than another, not all of them work for everyone. Individually each will find their way. Meditation is to be done- there are many who cannot sit- there are walking meditations, there are movement meditations. Yoga, breathing- Hatha yoga is excellent, it is a physical yoga but there are other breath yogas. There are different modalities, it is only to do that which speaks to you, that works for you on an individual basis. One will work for one, not so much for another. But it is to listen. Listen to what the body says it needs and give it what it needs. You may ask?
MICHAEL: How about Emotional Freedom Techniques, Theo?
THEO: We aren’t familiar with that term, but we speak of Soul Integration, that is an emotional freedom, it brings one into the wholeness of their being. You may ask?
MICHAEL: Have you a closing message for our readers- perhaps an affirmation (like the one you gave Esther Hicks way back when) to remind us of who we are and our value?
THEO: We wish them to be present and to love themselves, just as the grand master teacher Jesus spoke: "Love the self and then love others as yourself". Those true teachings are coming to fruition now and we implore you to embody them fully within your being.
And it is to speak the word: "I (and give your name) am open and receptive to the full experience of my soul to be expressed upon this planet and I give this with love, now". We are complete for this moment.
MICHAEL: Thank you, Theo.
THEO: God’s love unto you. Good day.
